About this roleTFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full service capabilities, resourcing and Functional Service (FSP) solutions.This role is a direct-recruitment for one of our Big Pharma clients. You would be hired directly by the Big Pharma company.The Real World Evidence Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the Country Medical Affairs product-related scientific data generation plan & vision in support of the Country and Regional Medical Affairs and specific therapy area teams.Please, keep in mind that this is a hybrid role with 3 days per week working from the office in Warsaw.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and conceptualization of evidence generation plans, identifying data gaps and developing impactful real-world study designs across the product lifecycle.
- Develop Evidence Generation process
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to align on RWE strategy and deliverables.
- Guide the interpretation and communication of study results, ensuring they inform clinical, regulatory, HTA, and commercial objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end study execution, including
- Identification of RWD sourcesBudget and vendor management
- Site selection and feasibility
- Ethics and regulatory submissions
- Data collection, quality assurance, and reporting
Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and managing RWE and observational studies within pharma, biotech, or CROs.
- Strong background in epidemiology, health economics, or outcomes research.
- Ability to translate scientific concepts into actionable, real-world research strategies.
- Excellent project leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
