Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes exploration and independence.

Maintain strong communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed of progress.
Take part in school meetings, training, and events. What We’re Looking For QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education.
Experience in Early Years education, particularly Reception.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best teaching practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
