The Maritime Hotel is seeking to recruit for the role of Full Time Receptionist to join their team. If you have previous experience in a customer facing roles in a hospitality, retail or healthcare setting or in own business and love dealing with guests / customers / clients then this is the role for you. • Checking-in and out of guests
• Answer calls and relaying messages to staff and guests
• Balancing guests account
• Providing excellent customer service for our guests

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a guest facing role in a hotel, guesthouse, healthcare, retail setting
• Good communication and IT skills
• Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
