The Faculty of Science and Technology are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and creative individual into the role of Recruitment, Conversion and Marketing Coordinator. The overall function of this position is to provide a high standard of support to the Department of Mathematics and Statistics undergraduate and postgraduate student recruitment, conversion and marketing activities, and to play a full role in its development and success. You will organise and be involved in on-campus recruitment activities such as open days and departmental offer holder events and play a key role in delivering the departmental recruitment and marketing plan in collaboration with academic colleagues. The post holder will work closely with colleagues in a department and join a wider Faculty team of colleagues who work in the same type of role for each department. 

 You will be expected to demonstrate initiative and creativity in a fast moving and challenging environment of student recruitment.  The ability to work on your own initiative and communicate with a range of people from a variety of backgrounds is essential. You will have a varied workload and have supervisory responsibility for a team of department student ambassadors. 

Blended working including a combination of in person office based and remote digital working from home is likely. Training and support will be provided throughout.
