Since our beginning in 2014, we’ve expanded our operations to 17 cities and are on our way to continue growing in different markets worldwide by offering travellers smart/digital and stylish accommodations and high-level service.Your roleWe are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Bilingual Recruiting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. This is a very exciting position, designed to work across all the countries where we operate. It offers the opportunity to engage with multicultural profiles and is constantly focused on finding new and innovative talent.Your Journey

  • Search candidates primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter and other databases.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Perform reference and background checks as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Provide support to the Human Resources team as needed.

What do you bring to your trip

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
