- title/degree: doctoral degree in the discipline of management and quality studies;
- knowledge of management, organisational science, modern business models;
- readiness for scientific development;
- academic achievements in the field of management and quality studies;
- readiness to conduct classes in accordance with the organizational needs
of the Faculty of Economics; * teaching experience in the above-mentioned scope (professional experience is also welcome);
- conducting classes in Polish;
