The position
As a Medical Advisor Diabetes, you will provide field-based scientific support for marketed products and development projects in connection with conducted clinical trials. You will prepare and coordinate educational programs for internal and external customers, develop advocacy by identifying, contacting, and maintaining relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to establish and improve knowledge of Novo Nordisk products and their appropriate use.
Your other accountabilities will be:
-Identify and establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and integrate patients’ voices.
-Provide medical education among HCPs through scientific meetings and symposia.
-Build strategic relationships with International Professional Associations (IPAs) on a global and national level.
-Secure medical guidance through medical training of the organisation and internal communication.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:
-Degree as a Medical Doctor or at least Bachelor of Pharmacy.
-Ideally 2 years of experience as a Regional Medical Advisor or Medical Advisor within pharmaceutical company. Experience in cardiometabolic field is an advantage.
-Based in Kaunas and willing to travel in western part of Lithuania.
-Fluent in Lithuanian and English language
-Understanding of local pharmaceutical market is an advantage.
-Good in establishing, developing and maintenance of relationships.
-Good communication skills and relationship management, high energy level & internal drive. Creativity, innovation & readiness to explore new approaches.
-Business Ethics and company values (patient centered approach, respectful, responsible).
