The Position
Novo Nordisk seeks to hire a Regional Medical Advisor Obesity, based in Sofia or in Plovdiv and responsible for the territory of whole Bulgaria. You will be a member of the Bulgarian Clinical Medical Regulatory team and will report to the CMR Director.
Your main accountabilities will be:
-You will be responsible for local implementation of Novo Nordisk’s medical strategy in Bulgaria, active collaboration & support to Medical Representatives in assigned territory related to medical inquiries. Regular visits to key external stakeholders in Bulgaria as per agreed visit plan (60% field, 40% office-based responsibilities).
-Preparation & implementation of pre-launch, launch and post-launch Medical Affairs activities.
-Medical Information Service – you will reply to medical questions from both internal and external customers. Medical check of brochures and other promotional materials and ensuring compliance to medical facts and sources. Exchange of NN medical information with all relevant internal stakeholders.
-Preparation of scientific program and presentations for Novo Nordisk events.
-Acts in line with ethical standards, company procedures and Novo Nordisk Way.
Qualifications

-Degree as a Medical Doctor/PharmD/Master of Pharmacy.
-2 years of experience in a medical function is an advantage.
-Experience in the field of metabolic medicine (diabetes, obesity, CVD, dyslipidemia) is an advantage.
-Understanding of local pharmaceutical market is an advantage.
-Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.
-Internal & external customer centricity.
-Good in establishing, developing and maintenance of relationships.
-Good communication skills and relationship management, high energy level & internal drive. Creativity, innovation & readiness to explore new approaches.
-Business Ethics and company values (patient centered approach, respectful, responsible).
-Willingness to actively travel & visit external customers, active driver (driving license).
-Fluent English & fluent Bulgarian.
