TE Connectivity’s Industrial Business Unit is seeking a dynamic Regional Product Manager (RPM) for EMEA, specializing in Industrial Board Connectivity and SubSystems.   • Regional Product Strategy & Implementation: Define and execute EMEA product strategy aligned with global plans, supporting sales, tech, operations, and financial goals.
  • Sales Collaboration & Customer Support: Work closely with sales teams to grow revenue and build strong customer relationships through tailored solutions.
  • Pricing Strategy & Optimisation: Develop and optimise competitive pricing for EMEA to boost profitability and market share.
  • Demand Planning & Forecasting: Turn market trends and sales data into accurate forecasts and align with the supply chain to optimise stock.
  • Product Launch & Market Entry: Lead new product launches in EMEA, define market entry plans, and support with marketing and sales tools.
  • Competitor Analysis & Market Monitoring: Track competitors’ products and pricing to identify market risks and opportunities.
  • Voice of the Customer (VoC): Collect and analyse customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
  • Global Product Management Collaboration: Share regional insights to shape and support the global product roadmap

Your ideal background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent. MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, sales, or marketing within the industrial sector.
  • Technical knowledge of connector products and industrial applications is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the EMEA market landscape, including key industry trends, customer segments, and competitive dynamics in industrial automation and electrification.
  • Experience in electronic distribution is a beneficial asset.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing pricing strategies, negotiating with customers, and driving profitable sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess market opportunities and financial performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultivate robust customer relationships
