They are looking for an experienced Regional Revenue Manager based in Ireland to lead revenue strategy and performance across a portfolio of 5 European properties. You’ll own pricing optimisation, demand forecasting, and commercial planning that drives market share and profitability across the region.

What You’ll Do

* Lead total revenue performance for a regional portfolio, ensuring alignment with overall commercial strategy
* Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing, and demand modelling to maximise revenue and profitability
* Strengthen market share through competitive analysis and strategic positioning
* Use BI tools to translate data into clear, actionable insights for commercial decision-making
* Ensure rate and inventory optimisation across all distribution channels
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Guide and develop a team of Revenue Managers

What You’ll Bring

* Strong multi-property revenue management experience
* Expertise with revenue management systems and analytical tools
* In-depth knowledge of competitive market trends and market share strategy
* Experience with major RMS platforms (e.g. IDeaS), a leading cloud PMS, and channel management platforms
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leadership
* A driven, energetic, and curious approach to commercial performance
* Experience using BI tools to deliver actionable insights
