- Leading a dedicated team of care and clinical professionals, that’s supported by a network of Regional managers and Directors.
- Lead by example and have the ability to mentor, inspire and encourage your team to deliver exceptional care.
- Adhere to and follow all legislative and quality standards, ensuring compliance at all times
- Manage the daily operations of the service including arranging and attending team meetings, training, staff performance management
- Ensure that all documents are clearly and effectively communicated, whilst ensuring that your team is empowered to excel in their own written communications and care plans
- Oversee the transitions for new individuals to join the service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families, and other external professionals
- Be registered with the CQC
The ideal Candidate:
- You will have significant experience of working with and supporting people with ABI and related illnesses
- You will be an RM now seeking a new opportunity
- Hold the Level 5 in leadership & management ( or equivalent)
- You will have the ability to lead from the front and have a genuine passion for delivering quality care
- Excel in communication and be passionate and with a positive attitude with a key focus to deliver person -centred care
