Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and maintain global regulatory compliance activities, ensuring all documentation and approvals align with corporate objectives.
* Collect, analyze, and manage data related to product registrations, including regulatory submissions and compliance tracking.
* Liaise with external consultants and regulatory bodies to facilitate market access and maintain industry best practices.
* Represent the company’s interests in relevant trade associations, industry groups, and scientific committees.
* Engage with government authorities to navigate evolving regulatory frameworks and advocate for business interests.
* Provide internal stakeholders with updates on regulatory changes that may impact operations, ensuring strategic alignment.

Key Requirements

* 5 to 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the chemical, biotechnology, or life sciences sector.
* Strong scientific background with a degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Toxicology, or a related field.
* In-depth knowledge of international regulatory frameworks, including EU-REACH, Turkey-REACH, Korea-REACH, and India-REACH.
* Proficiency in regulatory software (e.g., IUCLID, CHESAR) and experience with exposure assessment modeling.
* Ability to critically assess safety, efficacy, and technical documentation for regulatory compliance.
* Experience working with industry groups, trade associations, and regulatory authorities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
* Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* Willingness to travel internationally (~10%).
