Treść ofertyOur client, a prestigious financial institution, is looking for a talented Regulatory Compliance Expert to join their Finance Department in Warsaw. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in banking regulations and a passion for driving compliance and strategic initiatives.The team work in a hybrid mode (2 days a week from the offices).Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor banking regulations, e.g. MREL (Minimum Requirements for Own Funds and Eligible Liabilities) and dividend requirements
• Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of regulatory requirements, including MREL
• Analyze the rating agencies’ classification of securities issued by the bank
• Initiate improvements to increase the bank’s ratings
• Participate in the preparation and execution of the bank’s issuing its securities
• Prepare analyses and reports for senior management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in banking regulations (MREL is a must)
• In-depth knowledge of rating agency methodologies
• Fluent English (B2+/C1)
• Degree in finance, banking, or a related field
