Key Responsibilities
* Primary responsibility for ecotoxicology dossier section writing for both active substances and formulated products dossiers.
* Perform and support other Regulatory Ecotoxicologists in the assessment of client ecotoxicological data (data gap analysis and preliminary risk assessments).
* Support the Principal Scientist and Section Leader in preparing comprehensive technical reviews of data or reports.
* Assist in the preparation of strategies for client dossier preparation, including experimental programs.
* Organize experimental work, including requesting, quoting, monitoring, and time scheduling.
* Monitor standard and non-standard studies, engaging closely with Study Directors and laboratories.
* Support clients in dossier stewardship post-submission/dossier defense.
* Compile and maintain regulatory documentation and tools.
* Organize project-related activities related to ecotoxicology under current regulations.
* Follow up on the latest developments in regulatory ecotoxicology.
* Identify, analyze, and propose ways to implement relevant guidance documents.
* Attend and participate in conferences, seminars, and client meetings.
* Support the production of regulatory science documentation for marketing/sales activities.
Key Requirements
* Robust knowledge in regulatory ecotoxicology gained through education (Master of Science, PhD) and professional experience.
* Experience in regulatory consultancy or the crop protection industry.
* Ability to mentor and support junior experts in an international context.
* Proven ability to independently define and conduct high-level regulatory research.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Professional command of English.
