The Company is growing rapidly and is undertaking enterprise deployments at global scale.Job RequirementsThe Regulatory Specialist (Health & Life Science) role will be for guiding and influencing Corlytics’ products and solutions catered for the Health & Life Science sector as well as working with the wider H&LS team to drive and convert an ambitious sales and growth ambition.This position will work across the Corlytics team, building awareness and knowledge of the key elements to support the regulatory processes within Health & Life Science, and actively manage a pipeline of sales pursuits. This role will and directly report into the Head of Health & Life Science, Emerging Growth. Job ResponsibilitiesThe Regulatory Specialist (Health & Life Science) role will include the following key responsibilities:
- SME: Lead the team’s knowledge and understanding of the regulatory processes within the Health & Life Sciences sector. In particular how the product submission process and wider regulatory use cases can be directly supported by the Corlytics product offerings.
- Growth Proposition: Support in the development of the growth proposition for Corlytics within the Health & Life Science sector.
- Sales: Support the execution of the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives for Corlytics in Health & Life Science
- Business Relationships: Generation of leads and solicit business relationships with new clients in the Health & Life Science sector based on knowledge and experience.
- Relationship with customers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the sector, including Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices and other industry sub-sectors.
- Input and manage the sales process: From lead-to-revenue, including needs assessment, proposal development, client presentations, work/project estimations, commercial negotiations and contracting while working closely with the COO and Head of Emerging Growth (Health & Life Sciences).
- Be a team member: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, account management, data science and technology to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Be compliant: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
- Analytical and growth mindset: Monitor and analyse market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and potential risks for mitigation.
- Team building: Be an inspirational team builder with prior experience and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, multi-jurisdictional and multi-cultural environment.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have experience (minimum 5yrs) working within Regulatory and Compliance (or similar departments) within Tier-1 Health & Life Science organisations and ideally directly within the regulatory intelligence space. Experience in product submissions, clinical trials, Health Authority interaction, data analytics, and/or clinical research would be considered valuable experience in those applying for this position. Experience in working with SaaS businesses successfully operating in this space will also be a distinct advantage, specifically where their role has included accountability for driving sales and market-share growth.Academic and professional work experience:
- 5+ years of professional work experience within a Regulatory role within Health & Life Sciences and/or regulatory technology company servicing the sector.
- Any experience as a sales leader in a similar company will be a definite plus point.
- Personal drive and motivation towards high achievement.
- Strong understanding of SaaS based products offerings and sales techniques including enterprise applications addressing sticky regulatory issues.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and working with a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently, a self-starter and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and presentational skills with the initiative and ambition to solve problems.
- Comfort and experience of working in an entrepreneurial work environment.
