The Role
The Brooke are undertaking a data transformation to make sure all our colleagues have the data and insights they need to understand the present and make informed decisions for the future. This role will transform our datasets into easy to understand, engaging graphics for KPI dash boarding, and enlightening insights for leaders to know where they should focus their teams’ attention to deliver the biggest impact. The role will also use the learnings from our data to help drive our campaign selections to ensure the right supporters hear about the right opportunities at the right point in their journey with Brooke.
Criteria
You are someone with endless curiosity and a strong ability to communicate data clearly to all audiences. You have a core strength to visualise data that helps colleagues understand the key issues quickly, and you can draw out business relevant suggestions that are backed up by the data insights. You enjoy working across business teams and senior leaders using various datasets to both answer key questions as well as initiate important conversations that is only possible with your analysis. You have great experience using PowerBI and have knowledge of advanced data analysis techniques. Knowledge of R or Python could be beneficial.
