We are looking for reporting subject matter expert (RTR) to join a dynamic finance development team of our client – one of Europe’s cleanest energy producers.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of management and operational reporting process. You will lead the design, development, and delivery of operational reports that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs), financial performance, and operational metrics as part of EPR renewal project during the coming years. Your tasks

  • driving seamless end-to-end process design and implementation in reporting within the Record to Report area
  • implementing best practices to ensure reporting processes are efficient, streamlined, and meet business needs
  • collaborating with business and finance stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted and aligned with standards
  • ensuring high data quality, operational transparency, and continuous improvement in reporting processes
  • managing communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including IT and Finance
  • supporting finance teams with process explanations and training when needed
  • identifying and analyzing requirements and gaps, and leading effective change management initiatives

What we expect

  • degree in accounting, finance, technology, or equivalent competencies
  • minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, accounting, or process development
  • fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
  • strong technical skills in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
  • proven track record in management and operational reporting in a global organization
  • capabilities to work independently and within a matrix structure
  • ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • continuous improvement mindset where you seek best practices
  • excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • experience in ERP implementation or finance transformation is an advantage
