Then you will thrive at Wageningen Food Safety Research!We are looking for an independent MLO+/HBO research assistant who feels at home in the field of pesticide analysis in food for humans and animals.What will you do?
As a research assistant, you will conduct analyses together with your team, following standardized protocols. After performing a general extraction, instrumental analyses are carried out using our modern LC-(HR)MS/MS and GC-(HR)MS/MS systems. You will collaborate with other research teams within Wageningen Food Safety Research and report to project leaders and the team leader.Requirements
- a completed MLO/HBO chemical education;
- experience with instrumental analyses is a plus, preferably in the area of pesticide residue analysis. Experience is beneficial but not required;
- willingness to work on Saturdays once a month on a rotating schedule;
- you are results-oriented and always strive for quality;
- you are a strong communicator and have a proactive work attitude within predefined boundaries.
In summary, you are a true team player who is precise and flexible.
