Role: Conveyancing Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer/Legal Executive with 2-5 PQELocation: Woking (Northwest Surrey Area) (office based with occasional remote working).Salary/Package: Salary £38- 50k (depending on experience) & benefits packageOur client are seeking to recruit an experienced conveyancer, who is looking to develop their career, and would like to join a leading, well-established law firm in the Woking (Northwest Surrey) area that offers career development, a supportive team culture, and a competitive Salary and benefits package.Job descriptionYou will work closely with a friendly and dedicated team and the role involves managing a caseload of residential property matters including:· Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases· Re-mortgages· New builds· Council right to buy· Lease extensions· Title queries· Transfers of part· Transfers of equity· Equity releaseThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, be IT literate and experience using a case management system is preferred. You should have excellent communication skills and be capable of delivering a high standard of client care whilst working in an efficient manner and achieving monthly billing targets.
