Emberi erőforrás management:A beosztottak motivációs területeinek feltérképezése, munkájuk szervezése ezek figyelembevételével
Szakmai tréningek szervezése, gondoskodás a csapattagok folyamatos szakmai fejlődéséről
Beosztottak teljesítményének mérése, visszajelzés, fejlődési terv elkészítése
A beosztottak fejlődésével arányos kompenzáció meghatározása, kiemelkedő teljesítmények jutalmazásaAz osztály sikeres működéséhez szükséges szakképzett munkaerő toborzásában és kiválasztásában való aktív részvétel
A csapattagok támogatása technikailag és szervezetileg
A csapatvezetők mentorálása, mindennapi munkájuk támogatása
Szinkronizációs lehetőségek biztosítása a társ csoportokkal, funkciókkalRequirements / ElvárásokMérnöki, műszaki területen szerzett felsőfokú végzettség
3 vagy több éves gyakorlati tapasztalat csapatvezetői és/vagy projekt menedzsment területen
Tárgyalási szintű angol nyelvtudás
Tapasztalat Agilis projektmenedzsment módszerek és eszközök alkalmazásában, beleértve a megfelelő tanúsítványokat (SaFe, Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner) előny
Csapatvezetői ismeretek: Erőforrás- és időtervek készítése, nyomonkövetése
Jó kapcsolattartási készség különböző személyiségű csoporttagokkal
