Are you the kind of person who likes to be creative and work in a dynamic environment?

We’re on a mission to transform our Resourcing service to the needs of the university and bring great people together under one roof.  As one of the world’s leading creative and social purpose led universities, we attract a global audience made up of a diverse range of people.

We have a brand-new opportunity to help us shape and develop UAL’s employer branding ensuring alignment with UAL’s vision and strategic objectives. You will help us to elevate the reputation of the university and attract diverse people in line with our action plans such as increasing our representation of B.A.M.E. staff.

There is an abundance of captivating work for you to get involved in from the moment you start – from helping us build our employer brand and an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to developing recruitment marketing strategies and job descriptions to help drive effective campaigns.

If you would like to have a conversation about the role, please get in touch with Pragna Dharmasena (Head of HR Operations) via [email protected] or Mark Kunaseelan (Head of Resourcing) via [email protected] . No agencies, please.

About you

We would love for you to apply if you can:

  • Bring a solid understanding of marketing and communication approaches that reflect and contribute to an EVP.
  • Build strong collaboration with key stakeholders and groups to ensure that job requirements and purpose are clearly communicated, fully aligned and embedded with recruitment standards, job evaluation parameters, workforce plans, and a pay and reward framework.
  • Can facilitate positive institutional or systematic change within a complex internal environment.

The requirements for the role can be found in the job description under the person specification section.

We are unable to accept speculative CVs. If you have not applied or signed up for job alerts with us before, you will need to create an account. Registration does not take long and will help you to keep track of your application.
