Something Extraordinary Every Day™As our Retail Marketing Manager at Maasmechelen Village you will drive visibility of over 100 local and international brands through strategic events and campaigns.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has retail marketing or trade marketing experience who is keen to extend their experience across different brands from premium to luxury.About the role
- Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance brand presence and attract visitors
- Manage the retail marketing activations from end to end
- Lead in-village activations and events to drive qualitative footfall
- Analyse brand performance, identify opportunities and impact on the business’ results through integrated plans
- Lead the Retail Marketing team and be responsible for the team’s performance and development.
Role requirements
- You have experience in Marketing ideally in the luxury sector
- You have a proven track record on successful execution of marketing strategy to drive the agreed KPIs;
- You have excellent communication skills;
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to get the buy in;
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
