The Retail Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day activities of the retail business to ensure smooth and efficient store operations. This role acts as a key link between corporate teams and store locations, helping to implement processes, support sales initiatives, optimize store performance, and ensure consistent customer experiences across all retail channels.
Responsibilities:
-Support the execution of retail initiatives, promotions, and product launches across all store locations.
-Communicate operational updates, policies, and best practices to store managers and associates.
-Control communication from all the departments to the retail teams via INSIDE platform, to insure eficient understanding, and respect of deadlines & defined standards.
-Monitor store performance metrics (sales, foot traffic, conversion rates) and client experience KPI’s (recruitment, C&C, …) and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Support the trainings, tools, and resources to enhance store staff productivity and customer service.
-Assist with store opening, relocation, and renovation projects as needed.
-Troubleshoot store issues and provide solutions in coordination with internal teams.
-Maintain updated documentation for processes, training manuals, and operational guidelines.
Experience & Technical Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
-2–3 years of experience in retail operations, multi-unit management, or a similar role.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with POS and inventory management systems is a plus.
-Fluent in English, French or Portuguese as a second language is a plus.
-Experience with retail operations.
