Our client, an Irish provider of Apple products are actively looking for a Service Technician to join the team in one of their Dublin retail stores.The role is suitable for candidates with a mix of excellent customer service and hands on phone repair experience.What’s on offer:

The Ideal Candidate:

• Do you have experience/background in phone or computer repairs?
• Do you have excellent people skills & enjoy talking to customers?
• 1+ years’ experience in a similar role is extremely desirable
• A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn on the job is required
• Availability to work shifts is required

The role:

• Updating Customers on their repairs over the phone and via email
• Set achievable customer expectations
• Using service XML and service portal
• Promoting Select services
• Troubleshooting iOS Hardware and Software including diagnosis of faults
• Ordering replacement parts, accessories and devices
• Fitting Apple parts & performing quality checks and inspections on devices
• Generating quotes and invoices for customers
• Keeping up to date with Apple and Select training programmes
