Retail Training Manager ¦ La Rozas Village ¦ Permanent Full timeSomething Extraordinary Every Day™As our Retail Training Manager, you will be part of the Learning & Training team to contribute to a pleasant learning experience for our brand partners. You will be involved in a wide range of activities including but not limited to evaluation of the training initiatives, facilitation of trainings, cost tracking, design and redesign of online training materials and also researching on new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning contributing to continuous improvement of the learning experience.This role is hybrid and you will be required to work onsite at La Rozas Village 4 days a week.What you will be doingThe key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:

• Evaluate all training initiatives to determine ways to improve the learning experience and adapt to any changes in the work place
• Facilitate training for all brand employees
• Write materials in conjunction with VR Academy team, including participant workbooks, quick references, facilitator guides and presentation materials
• Where appropriate, identify internal or external subject matter experts to deliver programmes
• Enhance all retail training initiatives (i.e. sales, service, hospitality)

• Retail training background a must
• 5+ years of hands on delivery/ development within a learning and development department
• Must have a proven track record in an established training department
• Project/programme management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
