By leveraging our expertise in market dynamics, we are able to secure attractive offers, while generating revenue through the commissions we earn from these deals.Our team works with large and medium partners such as TotalEnergies, Engie, Endesa, Eni, Orange, SFR, Octopus Energy, Axa or Alpiq.As Revenue Growth Strategist, you will be a critical member of our Offer & Revenue team and act as the right-hand to our Head of Offer & Revenue (Spain and Italy), focused on delivering actionable insights to drive business performance. Using tools like Excel and SQL, you will analyze data to answer key questions about channel conversion, customer behavior, and retention trends.You will interact with division heads and our supplier partners across the Energy, Telco, and Insurance verticals. The missions are very diverse and will range from strategic planning to operational optimisation, requiring analytical focus as well as interpersonal skills. They demand strong commitment, in exchange for which you will learn about many topics!Your responsibilities :
Strategy:

  • Strategic analyses of our portfolio, business funnels and offer strategy
  • Coordination and monitoring of the commercial roadmap
  • Development of partnerships (contact, financial analysis, contract negotiations)
  • Deep-dive analytics to ensure consistency and completeness of our BI data

Data

  • Analyze large datasets to understand business performance and identify actionable trends.
  • Use SQL and Excel to answer questions about conversion rates, lead performance, and customer retention patterns.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and support decision-making.

Operations:

  • Collaborate in optimizing operational setup with suppliers (e.g., relay with our Ops/Tech team for back-office setup & integration as well as automation tools for sales tracking)
  • In-site supplier launch and follow-up/improvement of operational performance (scripting, process optimization, designing training materials)
  • Assist the Offer & Revenue Manager and the Head of Operations on the Italian roadmap
  • And much more according to papernest’s needs and your desires!

Your profile :

  • Currently studying in an Engineering or Business school
  • Fluent/native in Italian and proficient in English
  • Initiative, enthusiasm, team player
  • Strong analytical skills (you master Excel and can work well with SQL)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in Data, Strategy and Operations
