Job description
Your RoleParticipate in the design, development, and testing of automation solutions using UiPath.Support the deployment of automated processes in development, test, and production environments.Document RPA workflows and maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation.Collaborate with business analysts, senior developers, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Perform basic maintenance and support for existing bots, addressing errors or making small adjustments as needed.Monitor bot performance in production environments, identify potential issues or failures, and support timely troubleshooting and resolution in coordination with the support team.Follow development best practices and coding standards defined by the RPA team.Receive technical mentoring from senior team members to enhance RPA development skills.Contribute to the identification of automation opportunities within existing business processes.Your BackgroundUniversity degree in progress or recently completed in IT, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Basic understanding of the UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots).Hands-on experience with UiPath through academic projects, internships, or entry-level work.Strong interest in process automation and RPA technologies.Familiarity with object-oriented programming languages (preferred: C#, VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript).Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.Preferred QualificationsExposure to REST/SOAP APIs, Power Platform (Power Automate / Power Apps), or cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure.Experience in Global Business Services environments, particularly in Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), or Procure to Pay (P2P) processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.A team player with a proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Why join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
