• Lead, manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and ensuring optimal team performance
• Oversee the preparation, review, and completion of indirect tax-related tasks in compliance with relevant regulations and instructions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve tax-related issues
• Identify and assisting in the development of opportunities for tax process improvements and automation
• Maintain relationship with the Client stakeholders and ensuring effective communication within them to address all issues and lead resolution actions

Wymagania

• Minimum 2+ years in accounting, preferably in BPO structures, with a tax background
• Strong financial accounting knowledge and experience
• Analytical mindset – ability to manage complex accounts and large data volumes
• Communication & collaboration – excellent written and spoken English, with good presentation skills and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being comfortable with navigating change
• Strong teamwork skills
• Self-starter attitude – independent and proactive
• Experience in team management would be an asset
