The Oracle SaaS Alliances & Channel team plays a crucial role in driving business development, enhancing ecosystem awareness, and influencing deals within Oracle. Our mission is to actively contribute to the impressive growth of Oracle SaaS Applications, targeting a growth rate of over 25%.

As a Partner Account Manager, you will engage in both external and internal leadership activities, focusing on translating Oracle’s strategic vision into effective business operations with our partners. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy:

  • Design and execute comprehensive joint business plans with partners, including detailed partner account mapping, go-to-market strategies, and governance models to ensure a robust and mutually beneficial relationship.

Sales Business Partner:

  • Establish and maintain a trusted relationship with the Oracle Sales team to support partner mapping, industry, and account-based strategies.

  • Ensure seamless coordination and synergies between partners and sales teams throughout the sales cycle.

  • Collaborate with partners to build a strong sales pipeline and drive joint account planning to achieve sales targets.

Influence:

  • Identify key stakeholders within partner organizations to maximize Oracle SaaS awareness.

  • Position Oracle as a strategic alliance, supporting top management interactions to facilitate internal alignment on partner strategy.

Partners Community:

  • Organize and roll out comprehensive awareness and enablement plans in coordination with business development and presales teams.

Alliances & Channels Community:

  • Share and collect best practices from regional teams.

  • Contribute to the excellence of operations by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Experience Requirements

  • Extensive Experience: Minimum of 10 years in an Alliances environment, with at least 5 years specifically in SaaS. Experience in delivery roles is an added advantage.

  • Executive Engagement: Proven experience interacting with Global System Integrators (GSIs) at the C-Level, demonstrating the ability to influence and build strategic relationships.

  • Pipeline Management: Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and optimize a sales pipeline within partner organizations, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Demand Generation: Expertise in demand generation, crafting joint value propositions, and delivering measurable ROI for both Oracle and partners.

  • Sales Expertise: Strong skills in forecasting, deal management, and opportunity engagement, with a track record of successful sales outcomes.

  • SaaS Acumen: Deep understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model, including market trends and competitive landscape.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
