They provide a framework for how we work with partners, suppliers, and most importantly our fans.About the opportunity: Everton Football Club is seeking a highly organised and dedicated Safeguarding Business Administrator to coordinate and maintain essential safeguarding administrative processes. This role is integral to ensuring the Club meets its safeguarding obligations by supporting case management systems, DBS applications, and safer recruitment processes. You will provide essential business support to the Safeguarding team, including acting as secretary for key safeguarding forums and producing valuable management information. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while completing a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.Some key responsibilities include;
- Coordinate safeguarding checks for new starters working with children or vulnerable adults.
- Ensure timely DBS renewals and maintain relevant databases.
- Serve as secretary for Safeguarding Panel and Committee meetings, including preparing papers and minutes.
- Produce monthly safeguarding reports and coordinate data for audits and compliance.

Who we are looking for:We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent time management skills and strong written and verbal communication skills. This role is available on a fixed-term contact, working 35 hours per week.
