Information about Agilent is available at .As our next Sales Account Manager, you will be joining the Healthcare Diagnostics Division (part of Diagnostics & Genomics Group – DGG) within Agilent and developing the activity with both existing and new clients in the public & private sector (private laboratories, hospitals, Academic Universities…) in the North-West of Italy. You will work on a wide portfolio of Healthcare Diagnostics and Clinical solutions, including NGS products, CGH solutions, molecular biology solutions, bio-reagents, software…Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generating existing and/or new sales for assigned across different accounts & industry on your designated territory
- Acting to understand customer needs and identifying solutions to non-standard tasks/queries to creates business opportunities
- Identifying & recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell company products
- Promoting and selling products and/or solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of new product introductions
- Creating monitors and revising lead generation plans.
- Developing accounts and maintaining positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers
- Determining and developing approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
- Leading projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations
For this role, you would be ideally located in the Milan area and will be working remotely combined with travel to customer sites in the North-West of Italy, and especially in Lombardy and Liguria (a company car will be available to you).QualificationsWe are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:
- University Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology…)
- Significant experience in sales with diagnostics, genomics and/or clinical solutions
- Experience working with ImmunoHistoChemistry, HistoChemistry, NGS, CGH/microarray based solutions is a strong advantage
- Full fluency in Italian and at least a good level in English
On a personal level, you are autonomous, outgoing and customer focused. You also have excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills to interact with many external and internal partners. You show a real can-do attitude, resilience and you like to help others. Whilst being flexible and adaptable, you have also strong planning, organizational and time management skills.We offer:
