Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Analyst to join our partner’s team in Hungary /Budapest. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in reducing complexity in data mining and providing high-quality insights to support our commercial and management teams.Tasks

• Insight creation and visualization from various data points such as CRM data, market research data, SAP, etc.
• Creation of insightful Power BI reports for effective decision making.
• Facilitate complex long and short-term decision making.
• Provide high-quality analysis on a regular and ad-hoc basis, including market and competitor trends, price/volume analysis, and promoter level analysis.
• Support sales leads with data for negotiation preparations.
• Support the commercial team in creating yearly pricing and discount policies.
• Take charge of commercial KPI tracking.
• Support monthly IBP (Integrated Business Planning) preparation meetings with commercial data.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Effectiveness, Customer Service and Finance teams to integrate relevant inputs.

Expectations

• Creating complex, new reports in Power BI
• 3-5 years of proven experience and a track record in a multinational-environment, preferably in business analytics or insight creation.

• Technical skills: advanced-level proficiency in Power BI and Excel,

• Ability to work with and understand complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong Hungarian and English language skills

• Comfortability around higher management
