Handle price offers and tenders for the Benelux region.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWrite quotations in accordance with company policies and within agreed timeframes.
  • Screen tender opportunities and respond timely to tender opportunities. Ensure all requirements are met in terms of documentation and requested information in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams.
  • Maintain an excellent administration of price offers, contracts and tenders and manage these in a proactive manner.
  • Manage consignment contracts.
  • Support the Sales team in managing packs requests and changes to existing packs.
  • Organize mailings to customers when required.
  • Run Sales reports when needed.
  • Manage sample requests: manage stock levels, organize sample shipments when needed.
  • Manage the move or placement of equipment when required (shipping/return/demo/exchanges).
  • Organize the logistics around local and national trade shows and/or meetings.
  • QualificationBachelor or master’s degree in foreign languages, business administration, economics.
  • French- English-Dutch languages
  • Min. 1 year experience in a similar position, preferably covering the Benelux region.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced system skills, experience in an ERP system and Sales Force is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Advanced level proficiency of analytical skills.
  • High degree of professionalism in situations.
  • Consistent management of workload and priorities, taking responsibility for own work. 
  • Organizational skills, effective time management, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the ophthalmic industry or the medical device industry is an asset.
