Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:You are responsible for managing the customer portfolio from the receipt of the order through to shipment:Manage orders received by KLB for delivery within the European Union, specifically for the Klüber and Chem-Trend warehouses, and ensure end-to-end responsibility until final deliveryOversee certain export shipmentsRespond to customer inquiries, process their orders, and coordinate shipmentsAct as the key interface between the customer and internal departments, including Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality, Production, Accounting, and ControllingCoordinate and monitor the progress of all cases, including ongoing shipments, general inquiries, and after-sales logistics follow-upHandle customs declarations using the Conex system (MRN document)Ensure compliance with relevant transport regulations (ADR, IMDG, IATA)Collaborate with the Forwarding Department in Munich on export documentation and invoicingSupport and liaise with the external logistics provider (External Warehouse) for the organization and tracking of shipmentsQualifications:High school diploma5 to 10 years of experience in a similar positionB2 level of English proficiencyProficiency in Microsoft 365 and SAPThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
