In this position, you will be responsible for driving cloud sales strategies on key growth vendors and solutions across the EMEA region, showing leadership to high-performing sales teams, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve revenue targets and business growth.What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cloud sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including local sales, product management, marketing, technical and customer success, to drive cloud adoptionIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across new vendors and offerings, leveraging market insights and customer feedbackBuild and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, partners, and stakeholdersMonitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior managementStay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and tacticsWhat are we looking for?You have strong experience of working with both AWS (primarily) and Microsoft in a channel motionUnderstanding of marketplace models and growth strategiesProven track record of success in cloud sales leadership rolesYou have a strong understanding of cloud technologies and solutionsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to think strategically and execute tacticallyAWS Cloud Practitioner, AZ-900, MS-900 certificate will be an advantageFluency in EnglishWhat is in it for you?Competitive and attractive employee compensation package – salary consists of base and variable compensationReliable & trusting work environmentCooperative team with flat structures and communicationProfessional and personal developmentArrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons.Do you see yourself as our future colleague?
