Our client, a prestigious estate agency with branches across London and the Home Counties, are looking for a Sales Manager to join a growing team in Highgate.The successful candidate will have some experience in managing a branch or have at least 2 years’ experience as a Valuer and looking to step up into a management role.Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in their search for properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Conducting property viewings and guiding clients through the buying process.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Learning the ins and outs of the local property market and keeping up-to-date with market trends.
- Assisting with negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team targets and company goals.
What we need in you:
- 2 years’ experience as a Sales Valuer or experience in management.
- A track record of success in the London market.
- Engaging personality and charismatic.
- Motivated and driven.
Benefits:
- Base salary of £35,000 OTE £65,000 +
- Uncapped commission structure.
- Guaranteed commission for the first four months.
