Job description
In this role you will:Ensure profitable sustainable autonomous growth of PPE sales across all the countries where Lyreco Group is present through gaining international tenders (new business and renewals).Collaborate with each country Tender & Bid Managers and International Account managers (IAM) to gain market shares by pushing the Global Intersafe PPE solutions and product offering.Develop, implement and improve standard tender and sales processes with the aim to improve the productivity of sales, retain and gain customers and grow in profitability, through the most efficient use of Group Suppliers.Critical analyses of information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.Continuously enhance the performance of the commercial and operating excellence Framework for Lyreco and for Intersafe Safety Business Unit.Occasionally operate as analyst in projects/programs require a business oriented and analytical insights are required.
- Responsible for supporting in preparation of RFI and RFQ and directly involved in the preparation of PPE related sections.
- Support in pushing the right selection of the product assortment to the countries in International Tenders (European legislation), under the guidance of the SBU marketing department and ensure increase of group suppliers share of wallet where possible and a consistent pricing approach for all countries involved. This includes having regular contact with PPE suppliers.
- Responsible for the purchase pricing dashboard to have a consistent overview of pricing deviations in EU and implement actions to reduce variations and obtain a more uniform and efficient pricing baseline.
- Responsibility to continuously obtain the most competitive purchasing result for the SBU.
- Results driven negotiation with suppliers with ability to define, qualify and develop a strategic supplier panel.
- Achieve maximum support of suppliers, to develop and maintain the growth rate by influencing on tenders (National & International) and to support Sales.
- Maintain a close and structured contact with other departments (like Tender-desk, Sales, Marketing) to share the market knowledge and to support gain of market share by winning tenders. Organize meetings/ calls where needed.
- Identify the needs of the countries, establish commitment and use best practices to enhance the local collaboration between group (strategic) suppliers and local PPE teams.
- Market mapping and competition watch
- Identify and provide recommendations to improve the commercial and operational performances of the company.
- Responsible for supporting in preparation of the supporting sales documentation in Global Sales projects
- Work with all the internal processes within the Safety Business Line organization in order to review and support in the preparation of commercial texts in the proposals.
- Funnel management: monitor progress made on campaigns and individual opportunities.
- Measure activity levels / conversions and present best practices to the sales team. Generate feedback on the result to further improve market mapping activities.
