- Execute Brand Strategy: Collaborate effectively with Brand and In-Field Teams to roll out impactful sales and marketing initiatives.
- Foster Healthcare Partnerships: Cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with healthcare providers, supporting patient-centered treatment plans.
- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and brand key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality sales performance and customer interactions.
- Anticipate and respond to customers’ needs with tailored solutions
- Navigate the patient journey within hospitals and coordinate care across a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Develop and execute a strategic call plan to enhance customer engagement.
- Share market intelligence actively within teams to ensure alignment and responsive strategies to market shifts.
- Build AbbVie’s brand value among healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
- Ensure compliance with all AbbVie guidelines and maintain high ethical and legal standards through timely completion of training and reporting.
Qualifications

- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales, market dynamics, and digital tools.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial pharmaceutical industry experiences; recent experience in neurology is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch; proficient in English.
