This role will be based out of our Dublin office working on a hybrid basis (1-2 days per week in the office and attendance at key events).Job TypeThis role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis.Position OverviewAs a Sales Support & Lead Generation Executive at Senovis, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients, specifically Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) within our ideal client profile (ICP). This role is a blend of lead generation, outreach coordination, CRM management, and sales support, ensuring a seamless experience from initial engagement through to meetings and events.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Support & Lead Generation Executive at Senovis, you’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client base. Your responsibilities will include:1. Lead generation & prospecting-Conduct targeted research to identify new CHRO prospects within our ICP.-Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and HubSpot to track job changes and new opportunities.-Execute personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified leads.-Monitor and analyze prospect engagement, adjusting strategies to improve conversion rates.2. Sales & meeting coordination-Schedule introductory and follow-up meetings between CHROs and Senovis team.-Ensure meetings are well-prepared by providing relevant research, insights, and supporting materials.-Take ownership of post-meeting actions, ensuring timely follow-ups and next steps.3. Relationship building-Develop relationships with CHROs’ Executive Assistants (EAs) or Personal Assistants (PAs) to facilitate warm introductions.-Maintain detailed records of interactions with CHROs and their assistants in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of touchpoints and follow-ups to support relationship continuity.4. Event support-Inviting selected CHROs to our roundtables and gathering events.-Co-ordination of the list of responses both acceptance and declines.-Co-ordinating with the EAs and PAs of CHROs to make sure the invite reaches the CHROs.-Organize pre-event briefings and ensure seamless event participation for prospects.-Provide on-the-day event support, addressing logistical or administrative issues.-Conduct post-event follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive engagement.5. CRM & sales process optimization-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in HubSpot.-Log detailed meeting notes, track outreach activity, and monitor pipeline progression.-Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the prospecting and sales process, proposing improvements where required.6. Campaign execution & market insights-Support the execution of outbound sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Senovis’ value proposition.-Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and prospect challenges to enhance outreach strategies.Professional Experience, Skills and KnowledgeQualificationsIdeally a qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field.Experience2-5 years in sales support, business development, lead generation, or sales operations, ideally within B2B sales, HR technology, professional services, or consulting.Skills-Effective communication skills including telephone skills, demonstrating clarity, active listening, and professionalism.-Problem-solving, proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.-Competent in using various tools for research (LinkedIn; Sales Navigator; Cognism) and adapting to new tools.-Skilled at gathering relevant information, analyzing data, and drawing meaningful insights.-Highly organized, capable of managing tasks, schedules, and priorities efficiently and working within defined processes.-Detail-oriented and committed to ensuring nothing is overlooked.-Skilled at building relationships both internally and externally.-Collaborates effectively with colleagues and contributes to a positive team environment.Knowledge-Competent in the use of CRM and related systems to maximise effectiveness and results.-Demonstrates a strong interest in HR and business-related issues relevant to our ICPs.Why Join Senovis?This role is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in sales and business development, working with senior HR leaders in a high-growth environment.
