Job DescriptionKey tasks: * Developing, planning and implementing strategies that align with business goals to promote growth

  • Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key stakeholders (architects, Installers, General Contractors, Investors etc)
  • Facilitate acquiring new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Analysing the construction investment market and identifying business opportunities
  • Achieving sales and marketing targets
  • Managing and supporting a team
  • Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for General Manager

Required Skills: * Prior experience in construction industry in B2B sales. Experience in low voltage building installations would be ideal

  • Profound understanding of construction business
  • Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
  • Strong pro-sales attitude and focus on contact with decision-makers at every stage of the project
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal competences, and negotiation skills
  • Advanced command in English
  • Good command in Excel
