Client Description:The Salesforce Business Analyst will bridge business needs and technology solutions, leveraging Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Community Clouds to create innovative and seamless dealer and user experiences. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing digital interactions for stakeholders across ecosystem.You will be involved in all stages of product lifecycle management, from planning and development to deployment and maintenance, driving solutions that balance technical feasibility with user-centric design.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze the impact of new requirements on existing Salesforce solutions, as well as integrated systems and processes.
- Lead the design and configuration of Salesforce solutions, prioritizing user experience, process efficiency, and data integrity.
- Administer Salesforce platforms, managing users, security settings, workflows, validation rules, and data integrity standards.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights on business performance.
- Facilitate system releases by defining scope, prioritizing initiatives, and supporting change management efforts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing timely support to internal users.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with teams across Digital & IT, regions, and dealer networks to align technology solutions with business goals.
Candidate Profile:Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Community Clouds.
- Proficiency in using Agile frameworks to create User Stories with Acceptance Criteria.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
Technical Skills:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
- Knowledge of additional Salesforce ecosystems such as Service Cloud, CPQ, and Pardot is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
