💼 Freelance Opportunity: Salesforce Business Analyst (Dutch Speaking)📍Location: The Hague, Netherlands (Onsite or Hybrid)🗓Start Date: 5th May 2025📆Duration: Minimum 6 months (extension possible)💰Rate: Competitive, based on experienceAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong foundation in Call Centre operations and the Salesforce ecosystem to join a dynamic enterprise client project in the Netherlands.This role suits a Dutch-speaking consultant with excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in agile environments, and a solid understanding of customer service processes within Salesforce, especially Service Cloud. If you’re passionate about turning business needs into smart, scalable Salesforce solutions-this one’s for you.🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Leads to gather and define requirements
• Analyze and optimize Call Center workflows and customer service operations
• Document user stories, functional specs, and process flows
• Support configuration, testing, and roll-out of Salesforce Service Cloud features
• Serve as the bridge between business teams and technical developers
• Facilitate workshops and deliver training sessions to end users and stakeholders
• Ensure timely, quality delivery aligned with business objectives

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Solid experience in Call Center operations or Customer Service domains
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Service Cloud preferred); certifications are a plus
• Previous consulting experience with enterprise clients
• Experience in Agile teams and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
