About the JobThe Salesforce Project Manager – Service Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operational execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce platform services. This role will act as the primary point of contact for service management, ensuring that Salesforce operations align with enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and stakeholder needsWhat you do

• Salesforce Service Management & Oversight:

• Ensure smooth operations and governance of Salesforce services, adhering to enterprise policies and compliance requirements.
• Act as the main liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor service performance, address escalations, and drive continuous improvements.
• Lead Salesforce service transition projects, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational handover.
• Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables for Salesforce operational initiatives.
• Support change management efforts, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with business objectives.
• Establish and enforce governance structures for Salesforce platform operations.
• Ensure efficient license utilization, tracking usage, and aligning with procurement guidelines.
• Work closely with procurement teams to facilitate renewals and contract negotiations.
• Conduct periodic audits and reporting on license allocation.
• Serve as the primary contact for escalations, issue resolution, and service-related inquiries.
• Ensure transparent communication with leadership, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and reporting frameworks for visibility on service performance

What you bring

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce operations, deployments, and governance best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience liaising across business and IT teams.
• Ability to analyze service performance metrics and drive strategic improvements.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce, including platform administration, governance, or consultancy.
• Preferred certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or PMP).
