You will work within an ERP federated systems environment, with a focus on unifying SAP deployments. You will oversee, collect and transform business requirements into technical specifications, forming Change requests with the usage of Azure and Charm tools, End-to-End Ownership Managed SIT, UAT, and contribution to design.What tasks you will have:
- Participate in weekly meetings with support teams such Digital Technology Center and OnePi and Front Office Run Delivery manager to discuss priorities and address blocking points
- Challenge and drive support teams towards efficient issue resolution, promoting collaboration and timely ticket resolution
- Manage Business IT demand by clarifying user needs, ensuring correct prioritization by support teams, and providing regular reports on ongoing demands
- Establish and maintain relationships with business and support end users, providing regular updates on solution evolution and managing action plans to address issues and business needs
- Foster strong relationships with support teams, facilitate effective communication, and assist in managing challenging situations for improved collaboration
- Collaborating closely with the Development Team to manage Application Enhancement requests (CHRs), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
- Delivering comprehensive application support to the business, addressing, and resolving SAP-related inquiries and challenges
- Meticulously documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and intricate business process models to enhance clarity and streamline processes
- Offering technical guidance and prompt assistance to the SAP user community, ensuring the effective and profitable utilization of the ERP system
What are we looking for in our candidate?
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Deep SAP Project System module knowledge is a must
- Knowledge of Customer Services module is a great advantage, familiarity with S/4 HANA is a plus
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills to drive effective cooperation
- Having an SAP Certification is an advantage
- Openness to embracing new challenges and a solid understanding of IT processes
- College/University degree
