Job description
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- Extensive experience with SAP HCM Payroll and German payroll processes
- Knowledge of basic German payroll schema and its customizing
- Experience or extensive knowledge in pension, “Langezeitkonto” is desired
- Strong technical skills in ABAP code analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with time management is desired
- Compensation-related skills are a plus
- Experience with SAP S4 Hana upgrade of the payroll system is a plus
- Willlingness to travel (once a quarter)
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to generate and interpret data reports
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
