Apply today for more information.The Role:We are seeking a skilled a qualified individual with over 2+ years of practical experience as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in configuring SAP HCM modules, specifically in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, or Benefits.In this role, you will be responsible for Trouble shooting, configuring, and supporting the SAP HR system. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into a scalable and efficient solution.Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current business processes and scenarios and work with the Business to identify improvements in SAP and related modules/functionalities
  • Gather and document business requirements for new projects and change requests
  • Design, Configure and Test SAP HR Custom configuration
  • Work with SAP Support Team members and Basis resources to configure the system
  • Work with in-house and external ABAP Development Teams to design, develop, test and deploy custom developments
  • Determine impacts within specific modules and across all modules of the system
  • Acts as liaison with the Business for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems
  • Participate to all phases of the project life cycle including feasibility, design, configuration, testing, documentation, implementation, training and ongoing support

RequirementsExperience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in I.T, Computers, Finance, Economics or related field
  • Experience in SAP HR is required
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, quality standards, and compliance with project timelines.
  • Experience and knowledge of key integration points between SAP modules
  • SAP configuration experience
  • Business knowledge and process design skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to analyse problems and provide feasible solutions
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Able to work under tight deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience managing SAP HR (on Prem) Compensation / Payroll /Benefits module
  • Knowledge in the Supporting / developing SAP Custom solutions for client
  • Certified in SAP HR / ECP is a plus
  • Basic ABAP Skills
