Our dedicated team across Operations and Governance services strive to champion best practices, driving excellence in ICFR and Segregation of Duties activities.The opportunityYou act as a Deployment specialist as part of the ASPIRE program in the area of Financial Compliance (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Financial Approvals/Delegation of Authorities) for rollouts of Sales Affiliates and/or Manufacturing Sites in the APAC/ EMEA/ NA/ LATAM region. In this role you will focus on:

• Preparing and leading of FIT-to-Template and scoping workshops for Financial Compliance
• Liaising with local affiliate Finance stakeholders for the implementation of Financial Compliance requirements
• Contributing to Change Impact Assessments
• Driving Testing Activities during the deployment (UT, SAT, UAT, REG) for financial approval requirements
• Preparing and executing Key User / End User training activities
• Supporting Go Live & Hyper care (incl. Month end closing)
• Ensuring template governance within the project including change control management in line with the respective GBPMs/GBPOs and the overall Finance governance concept

Who you are

Furthermore you have:

• A university degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• 5+ years related business experience or equivalent Project Management skills in the area of Finance, Demand to Pay and/or internal controls (ICFR)/Audit.
• Broad knowledge of business processes, policies and programs in the Finance functional area
• Strong Project Management, stakeholder management, communication and change management skills. Experience in Agile Project Methodologies is nice to have
• Strong people skills are required as the role is highly consultative, interacting with staff at all levels across an organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
