We are committed to ensuring ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting ) requirements are aligned with global and local business processes, while enhancing transparency, accuracy, and compliance in the financial reporting process. Our dedicated team across Operations and Governance services strive to champion best practices, driving excellence in ICFR and Segregation of Duties activities.The opportunityYou act as a Deployment specialist as part of the ASPIRE program in the area of Financial Compliance (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Financial Approvals/Delegation of Authorities) for rollouts of Sales Affiliates and/or Manufacturing Sites in the APAC/ EMEA/ NA/ LATAM region. In this role you will focus on:

  • Preparing and leading of FIT-to-Template and scoping workshops for Financial Compliance
  • Liaising with local affiliate Finance stakeholders for the implementation of Financial Compliance requirements
  • Contributing to Change Impact Assessments
  • Driving Testing Activities during the deployment (UT, SAT, UAT, REG) for financial approval requirements
  • Preparing and executing Key User / End User training activities
  • Supporting Go Live & Hyper care (incl. Month end closing)
  • Ensuring template governance within the project including change control management in line with the respective GBPMs/GBPOs and the overall Finance governance concept

Who you are

Furthermore you have:

  • A university degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field. CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • 5+ years related business experience or equivalent Project Management skills in the area of Finance, Demand to Pay and/or internal controls (ICFR)/Audit.
  • Broad knowledge of business processes, policies and programs in the Finance functional area
  • Strong Project Management, stakeholder management, communication and change management skills. Experience in Agile Project Methodologies is nice to have
  • Strong people skills are required as the role is highly consultative, interacting with staff at all levels across an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
