What you’ll build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Office of the Managing Director (MD)
Location: Budapest, HU
Duration: 12 months + possible prolongation
Time schedule: min. 24 hours/week (available schedules: 24 / 30 / 32 / 40 hours per week)
Start date: January 2026
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented iXp intern to support the Office of the MD with administrative coordination, internal communications, and event support. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Hungarian, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to translate ideas into clear, engaging messages while ensuring process and policy compliance.

-Internal communications (English and Hungarian)

-Draft, edit, and publish internal messages (newsletters, intranet posts, Teams/Slack updates, event invitations, and follow-ups)
-Create simple visuals or layouts for communications (using approved templates/tools)
-Ensure messages are consistent with brand, tone, and internal guidelines
-Track communication performance (open rates, engagement) and provide insights
-Event support (internal and external)

-Coordinate logistics: registrations, attendee lists, agendas, speaker coordination, suppliers
-On-site and virtual support: check-in, AV setup coordination, materials, and signage
-Post-event tasks: feedback surveys, summary notes, photo curation (where permitted), and impact reporting
-Assist with basic budget tracking and reconciliation for events and activities
-Administrative support

-Manage calendars, meeting logistics, and room bookings
-Prepare agendas, take minutes, and track action items
-Maintain shared folders, templates, and documentation
-Support purchase requisitions and vendor coordination in line with the standard procurement process
What you bring

-Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (active, full-time student status is mandatory)
-Fluency in English and Hungarian (spoken and written); able to draft professional communications in both languages
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and reliability
-Clear written communication and copy-editing skills; ability to tailor messages for different audiences
-Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Teams, SharePoint); quick learner of internal systems
-Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across teams
Preferred Skills and Attributes
-Experience supporting events (on-site or virtual) and coordinating vendors or logistics
-Comfort with creating basic visual assets (e.g., PowerPoint, simple graphic tools) within brand guidelines
-Familiarity with internal processes (purchase requisitions, PO creation) and simple budgeting
-Interest in employee engagement, culture-building, and wellbeing initiatives
-Data-minded: able to run simple surveys and turn feedback into actionable insights
