About the team
The Corporate Sales Innovation Team EMEA is an international team focusing on identifying and incubating projects designed to enhance volume, velocity, value, and scalability within the corporate business segment in our region. We sponsor, test and implement projects to improve our business in these key dimensions.
The team members and the wider organization is spread across the EMEA region with Hubs in Barcelona, Cairo and Dublin.
We are committed to delivering excellence in our products and services, and our Program Management Office (PMO) plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects. What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern- Program Management Office
Location: Barcelona
Expected start date: 1st January 2026 – 30th June 2026
In this role, you’ll:
• Collaborate with the team to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Assist in tracking project progress and ensure that milestones and deliverables are met.
• Coordinate and communicate with various departments and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Support the identification and management of project risks and issues.
Who you are:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge or experience in project management methodologies is a plus.
• Prior experience in another SAP organization is a plus.
